INDEPENDENCE DAY
Independence Day is a day of reflection, a day to think of all the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters , so that we can savour the freedom today.
The students and the teachers of BVM Global @ Perungudi put together various performances to showcase their gratitude, love and respect towards their motherland.
Right from the toddlers of Kindergarten to the buzzing kids of classes 1 -5 BVM Global @ Perungudi had different batches of celebrations online on August 13th, 2021. The celebrations included patriotic songs, alluring dance performances, speeches in various languages and all from within the safety of their homes.
On the 15th of August, our principal hoisted the national flag in the presence of parents, teachers and students which was live streamed. The school premises resonated with the National anthem and the Flag song which accentuated in a patriotic flavour to the joyous occasion
Students of higher classes expressed their love for the nation through a poem rendition, Tamil roleplay, dance performances, recorded speeches in different languages and a song.
May this spirit of a free India help us march forward with zest and vigour and motivate us to contribute effectively towards ‘Nation Building .’
