BVM Global@ Perungudi organized a career counselling session on June 10th, 2024 for students of classes 9-12.
The orientation session by Mindler was conducted by Dr. Suntiha.
Dr. Sunitha gave an insight into the courses and career paths available after completing class 12. The importance of focus and clarity regarding the choice of courses was explained as it would determine their career.
She touched upon details of how students have to apply to foreign universities, and the specialized courses available in different universities in India.
Inputs about competitive exams like CUET, JEE, NEET, and COMEDK, emerging fields of study like Bio-Informatics, Biomedical Devices and Engineering, and courses offered by IIT-Madras were also discussed.
Dr. Sunitha explained about Psychometric tests, the Mindler initiative, and the individual dashboard design.
It was a very interactive session where the students asked several doubts regarding courses, exams, and preparation. It was well attended by students and teachers.
