FIRST INTER SCHOOL FOOTBALL AND BADMINTON TOURNAMENT 2018
A two-day inter-school football and shuttle tournament was organisedon2nd and 3rd July, 2018 By BVM Global @ Perungudi. About 36 schools participated in this tournament. The entire arena looked like a football festival. The other part of this festival was A shuttle tournament.The categories were under 11 and under 14 football for boys. The under 12 category for Shuttle badminton had both boys and girls in the Singles and Doubles respectively. The main focus of holding such a tournament is to provide a platform for students to showcase their talent,.teach students to work as a team, instilling positive values and strengthen sportsmanship. The tournament was organised by our PE teachers with the complete support of our Management. A whopping 74 football matches in the under 11 and under 14 category and 55 badminton matches for both boys and girls in the Singles and Doubles category was held. It is the first time in Chennai that so many schools have registered and participated in such a mega event. Our School holds pride in having conducted such an event and making it a grand success. This event was also relayed live through Face book.
