Independence Day is a day of reflection, a day to think of all the sacrifices made by our leaders then, so that we can savor the freedom today.
The students and the teachers of BVM Global @ Perungudi did not allow the Covid pandemic to dampen the spirits of the National festival and put up a great show to showcase their gratitude, love and respect towards their motherland. Right from the toddlers of Kindergarten to the buzzing kids of classes 1 & 2 and the little juniors of classes 3,4 and 5 BVM Global @ Perungudi had three different batches of celebrations online on August 14th, 2020. The splendid show began with the portrayal of our National leaders by the toddlers from our Kindergarten and continued with patriotic songs, alluring dance performances, speeches in various languages and not to be missed out was a mono-act show by our children, all from within the safety of their homes. The zeal and enthusiasm of the kids and the coordination among the teachers along with the help of technology resulted in a successful show. Students of higher classes expressed their patriotism through recorded speeches, songs and a dance performance. Nothing can deter us and we shall fight the pandemic together.
