The Horizon club helps the students embark on a journey of discovery through shared ideas and education. The purpose of club is to expand the horizon of knowledge by giving the students of class 11, a unique opportunity to interact with eminent personalities who have carved a niche in society. The first workshop of the club for the academic year 2023-24 was held on 30.06.2023 at BVM Global @ Perungudi, Chennai. Captain Vaibhav Krishna, Army Service Corps, Indian Army who commissioned as a lieutenant in 2016 and joined 8th battalion of Sikh regiment was our first guest speaker.

inspired the event by their gracious presence. Captain Vaibhav Krishna, in his eloquent speech, exposed the thriving careers in the army and the requirements to join as an officer. At the outset he classified the information into six phases and elaborated what the army offers, system of selection, life in academy, rank structure, perks and benefits, and the dynamic role of army. The workshop helped the students acquire the knowledge about UPSC –NDA, CDS exams and Non UPSE- NCC, TGS,S TECH, JAG training programmes.
