The Horizon club helps the students embark on a journey of discovery through shared ideas and education. The purpose of the club is to expand the horizon of knowledge by giving the students of class 11, a unique opportunity to interact with eminent personalities who have carved a niche in society. The second workshop of the club for the academic year 2023-24 was held on 20.09.2023 at BVM Global @ Perungudi, Chennai. The speaker Chef Regi Mathew Co-owner & Culinary Director of Kappa Chakka Kandhari and the Head, Centre of Excellence at MTR Foods Pvt Ltd & Eastern Condiments Private Limited shared his extensive experience in the culinary arts. He shared the science behind cooking, colleges for hotel management, training period, growth in the field. The session provided an opportunity for students to interact and widen their knowledge in this field.
